First Line Manager - Transport Basingstoke £26,000 Hours 06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 on a rotating shift pattern or nights 22.00 - 06.00 Reporting to the Depot Manager of this FMCG branch you will require a good understanding of drivers WTD and tachograph management to assist in the supervision of a team of drivers and 2 administrators. You will need a positive and mature attitude with good numerical skills and excellent written and spoken English for the briefing and debriefing of drivers coupled with a very customer centric and conscientious approach. Previous experience of temperature controlled vehicles for delivery and distribution would be ideal as would any previous knowledge of the Pharma industry.
