About the role Our Clients and Customers are at the heart of everything we do which is why our motto is to ‘make them feel special’. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for; · Carrying out trunks to our other depots (Airdrie, Wigan and Worcester) · Ensure security of the load · Adhering to EU driving regulations and RT Working time directive compliance · Ensuring completion of satisfactory daily records and all associated drivers paperwork. · Complying with ArrowXL’s policies and procedures · Following all accident and defect reporting procedures Sound exciting? About You The perfect candidate should be able to deliver great customer service, have a great attitude and the ability to self-manage whilst out on the road Key Skills; · Knowledge of current legislation of LGV vehicles (including EU and WTD drivers’ hours regulations) · Full driving licence · Category CE (Class 1) License · Driver CPC training · Digital tachograph card · Experience of driving LGV vehicles Shift times · PM shift – start times between 13:00 - 15:00 – 40 hours per week About Us ArrowXL are the UK’s leading provider of two-person home delivery.
