SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PROVIDER – DERBY – UP TO £50,000 BASIC SALARY BENEFITS & CAR ALLOWANCE Our client is a well-established and award-winning technology serviced company based in Derby offering market leading solutions. Our client offers an array of solutions including Security, Storage, Cloud, Support, Managed Services, Networks and more…. Due to their continued success and growth they are now recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to work from the Derby office. THE ROLE As a Service Delivery Manager you will be reporting directly into the Operations Director You will be responsible for the responsible for the day to day client management, acting as a point of contact for priority or escalated clients You will work across multiple business teams ensuring we continue to provide a high level of quality and client satisfaction Managing a busy ServiceDesk and ensuring a quality first approach to all business activities Ensuring that all processing is completed in accordance with agreed service levels agreements (SLA’s) Managing customer escalations and conflicts to resolve the immediate issue, rebuild customer trust and identify underlying cause of concern to prevent reoccurrence Manage and develop a highly skilled and motivated team of Service Desk engineers To regularly assess the performance and behaviour of team members, identifying development and training needs You will be responsible for the ISO9001 standard within the department and supporting the company in retaining these standards You will be working from the Derby office THE PERSON The successful Service Delivery Manager will ideally have similar experience working for a Managed Services Provider Formal Training and experience in a recognised Service Delivery model (i.e. ITIL) Ideally PRINCE2, however this is not essential Demonstrable experience of managing a fast-growing service desk for external customers Demonstrable experience of applying ITIL framework to a fast-paced commercial Demonstrable experience and ability to lead and to effectively communicate with staff and customers at all levels including a proven ability to communicate with technical and non - technical staff across multiple disciplines Have excellent customer services skills Live within a commutable distance to the Derby office THE PACKAGE £45,000 to £50,000 Basic Salary (Subject to experience) Car Allowance Excellent Benefits Market leading and growing organisation Follow us on twitter awconsultingltd In respect to the above role(s), Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd operates as an Employment Agency SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PROVIDER – DERBY – UP TO £50,000 BASIC SALARY BENEFITS & CAR ALLOWANCE This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89861315
