Third Line IT Support Engineer x2 Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 D.O.E Location: Stoke Job title: Third Line IT Support Engineer My Client seeks a two third line IT support engineer to join their growing team. You will be tasked to assist, develop and support the IT infrastructure. Third line IT support engineer role and responsibilities: · Liaise and assist with both Database and Software Development Teams as required. · Assist and deliver the design, integration, testing and documentation of new technologies. · Contribute to the overall success of the Infrastructure function, providing recommendations and key insights to support the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure capabilities. · liaising with 3 rd parties to design and implement strategies to deliver infrastructure services. · You will act as an escalation point for any issues highlighted by the IT Service Delivery Team. · Ensuring the availability, integrity and performance of IT infrastructure. · Add and identify to the improvement of the IT infrastructure. · maintaining documents of IT infrastructure and associated processes. Third Line IT Support Engineer required skills and experience. · Windows 2003 - 2019 Server support. · Working in a VMWare environment maintaining and provisioning. · Installation and supporting of Microsoft Exchange 2003 – 2019 · Excellent working knowledge of core networking services · Networking experience Cisco switches and routers. · NAS / SAN storage infrastructures · Knowledge of Mobile Device Management · Experience of Automated Monitoring and Alerting · Knowledge of unified computing system . · Experience with Azure or AWS cloud technologies.
