The opportunity has arisen for a Security Systems Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to grow with the company and eventually, overtime and after proving their commitment and knowledge of problem solving etc, manage the service & maintenance side of the business. Security Systems Service & Maintenance Engineer Location: Orsett (Covering M25 and surrounding areas) Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 /year based on experience Benefits (listed below) About Us We provide a full range of electronic security systems including but not limited to Intercoms, Access Control, CCTV, Automated Barriers and Gates, Speed Gates & Intruder Alarms They provide both simple standalone systems as well as fully integrated IP based solutions. They now seek an individual to work with the Managing Director and the estimating team to produce estimates for their current client base as well as work with leads generated through the marketing carried out by the company. Requirements: - Security Systems Service & Maintenance Engineer Intruder alarm service experience Access Control & Intercom Knowledge Some, if any, Fire Alarm maintenance knowledge Excellent customer service skills Competent in completing works forms and maintenance/service forms CCTV IP Knowledge also beneficial but not essential Fault Finding experience Self-motivated and driven to reach high standards Ability to work by yourself and within a team Full UK Driving license Candidate must have a can-do attitude, to work with the Contracts Manager, be able to problem solve rather than pass a problem found on site back to the Contracts Manager. The successful applicant doesn’t need to live near to the office as the company use web-based job allocation software, and digital documents for use to attend jobs.
