Overview

Our client is one of the UK's leading utility companies. Due to a continued workload they are looking to expand their streetworks team with an experienced Streetworks Coordinator. Key Essentials: Responsible for the opening and closing of streetwork permits whilst ensuring that all aspects of the TMA (Traffic Management Act) are met The role will involve reviewing and validating reporting for operations to close out streetwork defects once all the relevant information has been submitted and evidence of completion received Ensuring that defects are dealt with in accordance to SLA’s Improving and building relationships with our suppliers to ensure the closure of all defects is completed correctly and within HA legislation Monitoring performance of operations and suppliers. Continuously looking to reduce the numbers of repeat offenders by looking at trend analysis Providing technical support for the team to ensure that they have good understanding of what is required for the correct closure of defects submitted Regularly check the system to pick up the urgent response defects and communicate them to the operations team in a timely manner Supporting Charge Analysts when reviewing Section 74’s and FPN’s Offering support to suppliers when required R equirements: Experienced in the use of streetwork permitting systems Knowledge of Section 74’s and FPN’s to support avoidable cost management in streetworks Good knowledge of the NRSWA and the TMA Proficient in Microsoft packages and a good communicator NRSWA Streetworks Permit FPN Section74 Defect Scheduling Highway Utilities Administrator Planner Coordinator Power Gas Telecom Water
