Overview
ACS are now recruiting a Criminal Paralegal to work within a busy office based in Liverpool Responsibilities Managing a case load of all types of motoring offences from speeding to drug or drink driving to dangerous driving, including Magistrate and Crown Court Cases. File management Preparing client letters Drafting statements Liaising with clients in person and over the telephone Instructing experts Briefs to counsel The Candidate Applications are welcomed from paralegals with significant criminal law experience. Motoring Law experience is desirable but not essential. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and is able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language Work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative Highly organised, able to work well when under pressure to meet tight deadlines Is personable, professional and client-focused
