The Candidate An excellent telephone and email manner are essential, as well as excellent negotiating and customer satisfaction skills, with a cold/warm calling experience and the ability to work under pressure and as part of an effective team. Experience & Knowledge To have a methodical approach and be able to resolve issues as and when these arise.
