Overview

Brand new team member needed to join a dynamic, close-knit specialist team focusing solely on classic cars, military vehicles and cherished vehicles for a well established insurance broker. The broker is highly reputable, growing dynamically and offers real progression Are you bright, enthusiastic, thrive in a busy sales environment and enjoy achieving personal and team goals? Do you have proven sales and customer service experience? There is great insurance training, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution Diploma (CII Diploma), which is funded by the employer, plus 20 training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study plus an NVQ Level 2 in Insurance. The role is a great blend of admin, organisational, IT & case management skills, re-prioritising a changing, evolving personal workload - also exemplary customer service and lots of customer contact in a customer facing role, sourcing and presenting insurance solutions tailored to meet each customer's very individual needs. Business development, networking and forging long term trusted relationships is also a core task. The role is about giving your customers better, cheaper or more comprehensive insurance cover for their collections or vehicles, covering classic, vintage motor cars across a very wide range, also ex-military vehicles across the whole spectrum, and cherished vehicles, rare survivors and many unique valuable collector's pieces So the role is varied and ever changing - no two days alike You will win each customer's trust and loyalty through a listening approach, great customer service and your memorable personality and attention to detail. The benefits package includes training, professional qualifications, a pension scheme, holiday enititlement and new measures coming in. There is no cold-calling or telesales. There ARE lots of warm and hot leads, referrals, reccomendations and close customer contact. You will be part of a friendly, professional team. The hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday - Friday plus some Saturday mornings 8.30 to 12 midday (on a rota, between 3 in 4 and every other Saturday morning). The role is permanent and full time.
