We are recruiting on behalf of an organisation based in the local area of North London. I am looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skill set to me: Excellent customer services experience which needs to be office based A high level of admin support gained from a corporate environment Strong written and verbal skills The role will involve: Providing product information. Train, coach and mentor new and existing team members. Maintain a high level of technical and specialist skills, experience and knowledge, enabling rotation into other teams as and when required to ensure service levels are maintained. To investigate and resolve complex complaints. The successful applicant will have fantastic attention to detail together with the ability to work well under pressure.
