Overview
Team Sales Coordinator - Temp to perm Basildon £10 - £11ph 9am to 5.30pm, Monday - Friday Our client is a high volume importer and distributor of a wide range of consumer goods which are distributed to customers in the UK and Europe. The successful Team Coordinator will be reporting to the Sales Office Manager. You will have responsibility for maintaining and improving customer service levels for a number of key accounts within the group and providing office and sales support to field based sales representatives / account managers. As a Team Co-ordinator you will be given responsibility for managing and maintaining this portfolio of sales accounts. You will also be required to contact existing business customers on a regular basis to advise about stock availability and new product lines. The Ideal Candidate Some relevant experience in Sales Support, ideally or a passion for this Numerate person and a quick learner Problem solving skills Organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure Enthusiastic and flexible attitude Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team Willing to work additional hours when required - overtime is paid MS office skills Self-motivated and ambitious Good telephone manner Filing / scanning of orders providing an efficient archive system Good communication skills This role would suit a confident, outgoing person with some previous sales/admin support experience who is as happy talking on the phone as they are processing orders and doing sales administration.
