Overview
Our client within public sector is looking for a Technical Project Manager (It&Digital) to join their team based in Croydon on a 3 months contract basis, paying £475/day (umbrella rate/ inside IR35) The Project Manager will report to the Portfolio manager and will manage project teams, senior stakeholder and suppliers. Responsibilities include: Driving appropriate business-led technology solutions into satisfactory completion. Understanding and delviery ICT and Digital projects across the council as a whole together with working with external suppliers and partners. To deliver fully documented projects which follow the agreed project governance. Working with a wide range of stakeholders with customer-focused approach Required Skills and Experience: Experience of delivering complex ICT projects successfully in a multi-project portfolio environment using recognized project management methodologies such as Prince2,MSP,etc. Experience in managing risks, issues,dependencies and communicating with a formal governance regime Strong budget management experience and stakeholder management at all levels. Experience in working closely with the end users to understand requirement and translating them into working solutions.
