Project Manager

Please note due to the current situation with COVID-19 there may be a delay in the recruitment process for this role An established and successful digital agency are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and relaxed environment within a fast-paced, varied and busy role. The role will see you handling multiple projects at a time, working directly with clients and design/development teams in both the education and commercial sectors. Key responsibilities: Managing projects from brief to delivery - internally and with the client Book work into work flow relaying realistic timings back to sales team and client Collate all information needed for each task before the work is started Ensure staff members are briefed effectively Ensure work is completed on time and within budget Quality check all work before it is sent to the client and any internal amends are completed Communicate with clients throughout the process, answer any questions and keep the client informed on all timings Manage staff work flow / projects are scheduled, ensuring deadlines are met and any delays are communicated to relevant parties (sales / client) Ensure production admin is carried out regularly (updating project report system and spreadsheets) What the employer is looking for: At least 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager Excellent telephone and written communication Highly organised Excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word WordPress knowledge or experience using website CMS What’s in it for you?
