Services Administrator - Ideally SAP Conversant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our administration team with specific responsibility for supporting the Water Treatment Business. Reporting to the Toll Services Manager, the successful candidate will provide general support to all areas covered by the Water Treatment Services that include sales teams and Site based Operational functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery spreadsheets Support and maintain a good relationship between departmental personnel Utilise departmental resources effectively Assist with other administrative tasks and cover some Line Managers responsibilities during holiday coverage as directed. Co-operate on all matters concerned with Health, Safety, Environmental, Training and Legislative matters Key Tasks: Create delivery schedules on SAP Create stock requisitions from Belgium / Univar Transpose client orders from their SAP onto our SAP Raise purchase orders/STOs for stock items and book in goods Provide a speedy and methodical centralised filing/retrieval system Scan PODs Liaise with sales to provide accurate delivery dates for orders Send delivery notes to corresponding delivery sites We Are Looking For: The role is for highly motivated individuals, who can work on their own without direct supervision.
