Overview
Software Tester / QA Test Engineer (Python Agile BDD). You could be joining a hugely successful Cambridge based technology company that provides intelligent printing solutions for a range of industries. As a Software Tester you’ll work with Agile Scrum teams to ensure that the company’s products are of the highest quality via a mixture of manual and automated software testing and overall developing the teams’ capabilities to automate. You’ll be writing, executing and reviewing test artefacts, developing and enhancing tests in the automation framework and participating in test reviews. This is an exciting opportunity for you to become a part of the wider test community within the business and help drive the testing function forward. Offices are based in Cambridge with onsite parking and bus links available. You’re core hours will be 1000 – 1500 and you can enjoy a number of perks including an on-site subsidised restaurant, company bonus and 1 hour a week innovation time to work on your own projects. Requirements: Good knowledge of software QA and test functions, tools and processes Familiar with Python for automated test creation Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle Strong analysis and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Ideally you will have experience of working with Agile teams and BDD (Behavioural Driven Development) concepts Excellent communication and collaboration skills As a Software Tester (Python Agile BDD) you will earn a competitive salary (up to £45k) plus bonus and benefits.
