You will be responsible for traveling around your region on a daily basis fully supporting and line-managing our great teams and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients through assessing or updating their care needs as required. The role is home and field based so you will need to be flexible and organised. You will make a positive difference to our front-line Care Assistants through your support, encouragement and mentoring thereby enabling them to what they do best - supporting our clients and promoting health, well-being and independence in their own homes; leading fulfilling lives, surrounded by their family and friends.
