Rare opportunity to join a global leader in molecular diagnostics as a Product Support & Application Specialist. Location: London, South East, Brighton, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Dartford, Hastings, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Burgess Hill, Guildford, Ashford, Maidstone, Canterbury, Kent, Sussex, Surrey Responsible for providing high quality support to molecular diagnostics customers across London and the South East as part of a dedicated and highly specialist team. This will include telephone and on-site troubleshooting, dealing with customer queries and complaints and providing first class training on the companys molecular systems assays and instrumentation (qPCR/NAP & amplification). Degree qualified or higher in a Life Science or related discipline, you will have extensive experience in Molecular Biology /qPCR. Ideally this will be coupled with time spent in the diagnostic industry, hospital (as a biomedical scientist or clinical scientist) or research laboratories. You will be outgoing, confident and well organised, taking pride in delivering the highest level of customer support and able to work independently and with self-motivation.
