CCTV & Security Systems Engineer Employment type: Permanent, full-time Location: Birmingham (Candidates need to live within a 30 mile radius of Birmingham) Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday 40 Hours per week Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 p.a. £3,000 bonus Van Fuel Card 20 Days Holiday My client currently has a fantastic opportunity for a CCTV & Security Engineer to join their organisation on a permanent basis. They provide a wide array of security solutions such as CCTV monitoring, Access Controls and Intruder Alarms. They have seen extensive growth over the last 2 years which has created new opportunities. The role This role is ideal for a candidate with experience within CCTV and Security Systems. You will work within a field based role where you will receive jobs through a PDA system. Company is predominantly based in the Midlands however travel can be national although overnight stays are rare. Summary of the role can be seen below: Predominantly, the successful candidate will be working on building site installations of CCTV and basic CCTV/ RSI installations for commercial and domestic clients Assist in testing and inspection of installed equipment and provide basic programming (e.g. adding card readers, cameras and alarm points to systems) Adhere to company health and safety at all times Experience/ Skills Required Full UK Driving Licence (essential) ECS card (desirable not essential) IPAF (desirable not essential) Must have an electrical, or security engineering qualification and previous experience with CCTV Can-do attitude is essential Training will be provided This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a growing organisation.
