Overview

Role: Administrator Location: Mill Hill Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) Our client, a well-established Jewellery company in Mill Hill, is looking for a hard-working and efficient Administrator to join their team. Main Responsibilities of the Administrator: Meeting with and speaking to customers on a daily basis Helping customers with any queries or purchases Ensuring all customer orders are entered correctly and efficiently Liaising with the workshops and suppliers when required Assisting with the organisation stock movements and stock takes Managing the stock control system Working with the design team in creating new products and evaluating the costs Ensuring quality control of all jewellery Keeping the database and spreadsheets up to date Supporting the team by assisting with other ad hoc duties Successful Candidate for the Administrator role: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail Organised, able to meet set deadlines and manage a busy workload Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel) Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well as a team and independently Previous administrative experience Experience in stock control, manufacturing or premium brand products is desirable If you are interested in applying for this role or would like to hear more about it, please hit apply TwentyFour Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
