My exclusive client based in the heart of Lancaster, are currently recruiting for a Business and Administration Coordinator to join their small, but highly successful team on a full time and permanent basis. In return, the successful candidate will benefit from a generous salary, a friendly office environment and a supportive manager. This will be an extremely varied role, where no two days are the same. Some of the typical roles and responsibilities will include: Daily office administration duties including: filing, scanning and office upkeep Speaking to customers and suppliers, offering the highest levels of service at all times Ensuring sales are maximised, by understanding the customers and the product, and up-selling as necessary Analysing and reporting of sales on Excel Dealing with customer queries, ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Client account management and business development Coordinating the transport and logistics Processing invoices on the purchase ledger Sales administration and sales order processing The successful candidate will: Be a natural multi-tasker Be able to work individually as well as within a small team Be highly organised, logical and methodical Have an eye for detail Be a confident communicator Have the ability to build and develop strong working relationships This role is immediately vacant, so if you would like to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, apply now
