Hidden Harm Outreach Worker required at a young person's substance misuse service in South London. Working hours - Mon - Fri, 37 hours per week Pay rate - £14 - £16 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) About the role Manage caseload of young people referred into the service to deliver brief psycho-social interventions and support, with an emphasis on improving the resilience, emotional well-being and social functioning of young people. Support parents/carers of young substance users and support colleagues and partner agencies where relevant to deliver this work. Work with the P Workers, Team Leader and Senior Management Team to support the achievement of service targets and outcome measures in relation to the Hidden Harm provision.
