Overview
JustPhysio are looking for a HCPC registered Band 6 Community Falls Physiotherapist based in Bristol to start ASAP for an ongoing position. This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri. Job Summary: The Service require a Physiotherapist experienced in falls prevention or Community rehab, Msk and frailty to prevent hospital admission. Physiotherapist should have a very good understanding of falls risk factors and action plan to minimise, modify them. Should be able to undertake assessment independently and this could be at various clinics and at home. Physiotherapist should be able to run pre designed Exercises classes and regress and progress exercises accordingly. A good Understanding Multifactorial Falls risk Assessment screening will be beneficial.
