Here at Care South - we have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join us at Fremington Manor , our beautiful Care Home in Barnstaple, EX31 2NX Part Time and Bank Hours available £17.00 - £20.00 Per Hour Night Shift hours between 8.45pm and 7.15am Enhanced rates of pay for Bank Holiday working As a Registered Nurse at Fremington Manor you'll be part of our friendly care team who are pivotal to our residents' well-being and day-to-day enjoyment of life. You will take responsibility for care planning and drug administration in our nursing unit, leading a team of dedicated care staff and making sure our residents receive the highest possible level of care. This role also includes building excellent relationships with the families and friends of our residents and other health professionals, together with managing personal information in a confidential and sensitive manner. Fremington Manor will ensure that our residents receive quality nursing care and make sure that they 'feel at home' for as long as they choose to stay. Ideally you will bring prior experience of working with older people in a nursing home environment, however we will also consider and support qualified nurses who want to continue their career in this setting. You must be highly conscientious in your approach to work and able to work independently and lead a shift, including supervising care assistants. On duty you will take the lead on delivering clinical care to resident with a range of nursing needs and liaising with external clinical professionals including GP's and hospital doctors.
