RGN or RMN Staff Nurse

Lead by the Home Manager, the RGN or RMN Staff Nurse will create and implement care plans that are in keeping with the wishes of the individual. The home's focus is to promote resident wellbeing and support their independence as much as possible while giving the very best clinical care. The home also caters for residents that require specialist dementia care. The RGN or RMN Staff Nurse will not require experience in a care home as full support is given. The RGN or RMN will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company's and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident's care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each resident has an individualised care plan.
