Unique opportunity for a trainer to gain exposure and develop Client Details Healthcare services business National presence Altrincham local office Description My client is looking for a trainer who has a Tech/Systems focus and can deliver training predominantly in these areas. The role is predominantly field based covering the UK as part of a team of 2. You will have set defined region. They are keen to find a trainer who has experience in design and delivery and has exposure to training on systems, process and policy to equip them to fulfil their roles. You will be the superuser for their system and train and coach on this You will maintain and update training material and plan lessons on a group and 1:1 basis You will advise and offer guidance to management and employees around training, learning and development Through evaluation, you will measure the success of your training material and utilise this feedback to plan for future sessions Reporting is an essential part of the role and one which you will manage Profile Training and L&D background and experience Technology and systems focused candidate Ability to undertake a role with expected national travel with a base of Altrincham Job Offer This is a permanent full time L&D/Training position working for a national organisation in the healthcare sector. £27,000 doe 20 days holiday bank pension up to 5%
