URGENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES Translation Proofreaders with the following languages: English, German, Dutch, French, Japanese, Arabic. Fantastic opportunity for university graduates in languages ( English, German, Dutch, French, Japanese, Arabic) to join a world leading translation company on the production of their global translations. LANGUAGES English , German OR French to mother tongue standard a fluent 2nd language from either English, German, Dutch, French, Japanese, Arabic LOCATION Possibility of remote working at the moment, then into the ofifce base of Gerrard Cross, Buckinghamshire ( 20 minutes NW Of central London) COMPANY AND BACKGROUND Our client is an international and very successful translation company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To join the international translation department of approx 70 people, they wish to recruit Translation Proofreaders with the following languages: English, German, Dutch, French, Japanese, Arabic. The current language combinations required are: English mother tongue with a degree in German and Dutch/French, or English mother tongue with a degree in Japanese, or English mother tongue with a degree in Arabic, or German mother tongue with a degree in English, or German mother tongue with a degree in French, or French mother tongue with a degree in German. Your role will be to proofread and check all translations that have been completed in the relevant languages. The job will include the following duties and responsibilities: Word-by-word checking of translations prepared by technical staff Adapting existing translations to conform to new versions of documents General office work relating to the finishing and dispatch of translations CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS English , German OR French to mother tongue standard a fluent 2nd language from either English, German, Dutch, French, Japanese, Arabic Educated to degree/university level in a language discipline Have an ability to work quickly and proof read Experience of TRADOS is an advantage but not essential INTERVIEWS ARE TAKING PLACE NOW TRANSLATION TESTS WILL BE COMPETED REMOTELY, DO NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY SALARY £23,750 benefits ( Private Healthcare Pension and life assurance scheme) To be considered for this opportunity as Translation Proofreader please click the Apply Now button and send your CV to us.
