Overview

Our client has an opening at Senior Associate level, predominantly working on patent litigation and disputes but also covering contentious matters in other areas of Intellectual Property. If you have amassed at least 5 years’ PQE working on Intellectual Property litigation matters with a focus on patent disputes, and are looking to take your career to the next level, then please do get in touch to find out more. Applicants with a first degree in a STEM subject (preferably a life sciences or chemistry subject) would be at an advantage, but solicitors who have gained knowledge of life sciences and/or pharmaceutical patent litigation through their career to date, and have a demonstrable interest in these areas, will be equally considered.
