Overview
Customer Services Advisor required to join a team providing out of hours service to clients and candidates on nights, on a rota basis. As Customer Services Advisor, your duties will include: Fielding calls and sourcing temporary staff Taking sick calls and notifying clients, replacing as needed Carrying out general administrative tasks Previous experience in customer services together with ability to work on your own required. Shifts are covered by a team of people on a rota basis, with shifts allocated on a first come, first served basis. Shifts available will be nights - 10pm - 7:30am/10pm - 6am at weekend, Saturday and/or Sunday from 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm and Weekdays between 6pm and 10pm. We currently have some staff who work fixed shifts at nights, so we typically have a block of 3 nights, followed by 1 night, together with holiday cover available. We can offer evenings and weekend shifts to make up further hours. This role involves lone working in a city centre office.
