Are you a Financial or Mortgage Advisor looking to move away from sales? Are you currently working in a Bank or Building Society and want to develop a career in Compliance? Our Business Monitoring Unit is busier than ever before as our entire group grows alongside moving into our third office this week in Preston. The main responsibilities of the role are to accurately carry out Client File Assessments whilst providing support, guidance and advice to the business on Quality of Advice matters. Along with quality our people matter. The ability to build effective and supportive relationships with different people and departments internally in order to establish and maintain the appropriate Quality of Advice standards is a must. We like those with an eye for detail as you will be responsible for both the checking and auditing of our Fact Finds. Essential Skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to influence and negotiate with all levels of the business. Ability to be proactive rather than reactive to ideas. Experience of prioritising and completing work to meet deadlines. Desirable Skills Previous experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably from a regulatory perspective. Previous experience of quality checking is desirable.
