Can you work well under pressure? if you have a good attitude towards work and can work independently through your workload, then APPLY NOW Duties: Managing a high volume of inbound calls from clients Establishing nature of caller's enquiry and ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved Logging and updating details onto our system Sending out New Starter Cards Ensuring first Payment Calls Ensuring returned post is processed on a daily basis Ensuring filing is done correctly on a daily basis Ensuring that correct contracts are received Sending confirmation documentation to clients Managing payment queries and ensuring these are forwarded to the relevant staff member
