Then this could be the role for you An exciting new opportunity has opened up in Chiswick Business Park, West London, working for the world's leading medical and security risk services. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be servicing the US military, the company's largest client. The ideal candidate will have experience communicating in an efficient yet empathetic manner, as they will be providing a range of 24-hour assistance services and general customer service, to members. NOTE: Please only apply for this vacancy if you are available to work from the 23rd of March and you are happy to work night shifts patterns (4 days between Mon-Sun/21:00pm-7:30am). Core Responsibilities: Answering high volume of calls from current and former US military personnel and their families. Assisting callers with their healthcare enquiries. Confirming medical procedures eligibility in line with policy. Coordinating authorisations for treatment. Booking and amending appointments. Assisting with enrolment and claims.
