For: Audio Typist - Digital - 12 months FTC - £19,000 per annum Meyer Scott Ref: VR/07881 We are currently seeking an Audio Typist (Digital) for a FTC we have available working in their St Ives office. Our client provides legal services of an excellent quality, ensuring they offer clear advice leaving their clients completely satisfied. Duties will include: Audio Typing using Digital Dictation System Processing documents and transcribing minutes Planning and organising conferences and meetings Ensure confidentiality of all clients, documentation and information Delivering files/correspondence to departments when necessary Answer incoming calls Filing, faxing, photocopying and post Any other administration/secretarial duties as required The successful candidate will need to have the following experience: Audio Secretary experience with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. You must be experienced in the fast pace of a busy office environment. You need solid Audio typing skills and be familiar with Audio typing systems. You need to be highly IT literate. Work hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm
