Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst job, paying up to £45,000 for a globally recognised company based in West Lothian. Your new company This globally recognised entertainment company is famous for its technology services and products to customers across six countries. Its UK&I Head Office operates out of West Lothian, offering a world-class working environment with modern facilities. Due to an internal move, an opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst has arisen in their Accounts Payable team. Your new role You will be joining the Accounts Payable team of around 20 individuals and reporting directly to the Financial Controller, whilst managing up to 10 individuals directly. You'll be a key part of the Finance Operations Leadership team to deliver both the operational and strategic objectives of the department. The key component of this role is leading the financial analysis and reporting function within Accounts Payable and driving improvements across the team. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in progressing in this process, you must have a strong track record of analysis reporting and data gathering ability. The client is looking for a qualified accountant that has notable experience in understanding past trends and ways of continuous improvement in a reporting function. You will be an organised and methodical individual, paying attention to detail whilst working under pressure. Strong IT skills are required, specifically using Excel, Powerpoint and SAP. Experience working within a Shared Services environment is desirable.
