A varied standalone HR Manager role with a successful professional services business in Norwich. Your new company Our client, a successful and well established professional services business based in the heart of Norwich City Centre, are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to join their business in a standalone capacity. Your new role Working with Senior Management and supporting the business as whole, the HR Manager will be responsible for the following duties: Strategic delivery and development of HR across the business Building effective relationships throughout the company and wider community to assist with recruitment, learning & development and general market insight Ensuring all legislative and contractual obligations for employees and wider stakeholders are accurate and up to date Continuous improvement across all areas HR Overseeing and driving a number 'value-add' projects across the business Contract consultations, performance reviews and continual development meetings with all staff Managing and providing advice on employee relations cases What you'll need to succeed Suitable candidates will have recent experience in a similar role, have studied CIPD to level 5 or above and have a professional and robust approach.
