Overview

Superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Customer Services Manager to join a successful and established manufacturing business. Main responsibilities but not limited to: Managing and motivating a busy team ensuring a driven and positive and pro-active customer service approach Ensuring a first class customer service delivery and taking full ownership of all aspects Driving improvements and efficiencies, working closely with the Commercial Director to focus on defining strategy and the development of overall customer satisfaction both internally and externally Ownership of KPI and action plans for the team and providing the training and support required Conducting development reviews and positively empower the team to achieves their targets and outcomes Ensure all channels of communication are effective and established All other related responsibilities associated with a role of this level Customer Service Manager Profile: Proven, demonstrable and successful background of leading customer service teams Thorough understanding of the importance of customer service principles and performance Strong focus on providing a first class service with the ability to motivate staff to achieve Ability to challenge and influence with the leadership skills needed to drive continuous improvement Supportive and understanding with the ability to provide training and development support Experience of performance and talent management Can bring a vision and initiative with a true passion for both internal and external customer engagement Experience customer service software and CRM tools with strong IT knowledge and skills Excellent communication with strong presentation and team focus Enjoys a fast paced environment Please note due to responses we can only respond to successful candidates which will be within 48 hours of your application.
