Temporary Administrator - approx. 6 months Based in Aldershot Pay rate is £11ph Holiday Pay Hours 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday Free town centre parking We’re looking for an organised and detail orientated Temporary Administrator to join this 'Not for Profit' membership organisation who provide a range of professional business services to their commercial client base. This includes delivery of legal, training and conference services, specialist forums and member networking events throughout the UK and Europe. You will be joining a small team of 6 to assist in day to day administration for approx. 6 months. The company is well established and well regarded in their professional sector. There is scope for personal development and a wider involvement in company activities but being a small group, this company wouldn’t suit someone looking for a rapid rise to the stars. However, if you are looking for an honest, friendly and creative team where you can settle in and enjoy an interesting role surrounded by supportive and motivated colleagues this could be absolutely the perfect spot for you If you like variety, changing priorities, thinking on your feet and plenty to do, this could be the perfect role for you because it’s certainly that The duties below are just to give you a flavour of what’s in store: Providing business support to the Centre and Operations Manager which will include filtering and answering their email, managing their diaries, booking appointments and preparing their itineraries where needed. Taking charge of the promotional bookings/calendar bookings Producing spreadsheets and correspondence Checking contractor invoices and approving Cash handling, banking and reporting Organisation and upkeep of administration systems both computer and paper based Arranging hospitality for meetings We are looking for candidates with existing office administration experience and a confidence using MS Word, Excel, databases and ideally with some social media knowledge i.e. LinkedIn or Facebook. This role requires someone with a sharp mind, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and confidence.
