Overview
Dean Healthcare are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our growing team in the Stroud area. In joining Dean Healthcare, you will be attending supported living establishments and rehab and recovery centres for children and adults. You will need to be confident with working on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis with service users, as well as within a team. You will need to be confident in your ability to support those with learning difficulties, mental health conditions, personality disorders and those at risk of self-harming. This role is highly rewarding and allows for growth and development in the industry. Working as an agency worker means you gain lots of experience within a short amount of time. You will be making clear differences to people's lives, supporting with daily activities, personal care and helping services users to engage socially, using the local services around them.
