What you will do: As a Software Engineering Manager, your role will be to continually drive and develop the strategic direction, driving results and demonstrating best practices. Leading multiple mixed discipline Software Engineering teams you will manage delivery leads, technical staff and work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. People progression will be key to your role and you actively be involved in driving high-performance, coaching and developing teams.
