Forex Trader/Entry Level junior forex trader City Traders Imperium is one of the leading proprietary trading firms based in London, specialising in Forex trading. We are expanding and are looking for a motivated individual to join our trading team. We offer some of the most competitive rates in the industry. Having experience trading the forex markets are sought after but not necessary. The Position We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to manage our capital as a forex trader. We currently offer some of the highest remuneration rates compared to our competitors. The successful candidate will have a passion for the industry and will be keen on furthering their expertise (or learning to trade in the case of those without experience). The successful candidate will begin trading as an independent prop trader across major FX markets with accounts worth $20K, $50K or $70K with regular increments to the account size on completion of set milestones. Requirements Experience trading the FX markets (If you do not have any experience, you will be required to enrol in our Junior funded trader mentorship programme , where you are given the tools necessary to become a successful trader before joining our team). A keen interest in Forex trading. Good communication skills. A willingness to commit, as well as punctuality and professionalism. A good level of emotional intelligence. Proof of a track record that indicates consistent gains dating back up to twelve months. (If this cannot be provided then an evaluation stage will have to be passed). Those who pass the interview stage will be invited to join our Trading team, receiving an account whose size is based on performance. Those who complete the Mentorship Programme will be given the aforementioned opportunities as well. Responsibilities You will be managing capital belonging to the company, trading on the forex markets. You will compile weekly reports on trades made, drawdowns etc. You will have weekly 1 to 1 performance reviews with one of our senior traders either in person or remotely. The Location City Traders Imperium is based in Queen Victoria Street in the heart of London, not far from Bank underground station.
