Overview

The practice covers a broad range of finance work and has enjoyed a period of growth over the last few years. To support this growth they would like to recruit a finance lawyer at the junior to mid-level with significant structured finance and/or debt capital markets experience who^is eager to develop their expertise in this area. The role will allow the candidate to undertake other areas of finance work, including, fund finance and general banking. However, the focus of the role will be on structured finance and debt capital^markets matters. Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in the finance world and have the enthusiasm and energy to take on a challenging and varied work load.
