2nd Line Support - £35,000 London, EC2 Up to £35K depending on experience amazing benefits A market leading media company in the centre of London are looking to expand their IT department and now need a 2nd line engineer to join their team due to ongoing projects and growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation who have very exciting plans. You will be the go-to person and solely responsible for the office in central London but will also have a wider IT team to work with. There is chance to progress your career into management and also be part of major projects that they have lined up. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve technical support queries and requests Desktop Supprot Active Directory (Azure beneficial but not essential) Windows Server Hyper V Cluster (SAN Storage) Network Issues Laptop support for around 100 users LAN / WAN Maintain backups of all internal systems and diagnosing faults Beneficial: Exposure to Linux (Redhat, Centos) This job will suit technically strong support engineer who are feeling stagnant and want to progress their career.
