We're looking for an Onboarding Coordinator like you, with strong administration experience. We're strong on succession, so we'd like you to stay and grow with us. What's more, you'll be working in our brand new offices in MediaCityUK, deep in the creative hub of new technologies and innovation What you'll do: Onboarding Coordinator Our onboarding team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent accuracy to process high volume of tasks; including verification of documents and financial searches. You will be working cross functionally to ensure all operational processes are adhered to when onboarding clients. You will be supporting internal teams to maximise business and ensure effective journey for clients. Why we want you to join us Your strong administration experience will enable you to work effectively in a fast-paced team to meet deadlines. You will have previous experience prioritising tasks and an understanding of risk or financial legal documentation would be advantageous. You will have strong communication skills with a customer focus to contribute to the client experience and to liaise with internal teams effectively.
