Overview

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer or HR Assistant? Have you carried out recruitment duties within the Healthcare sector? (i.e. NHS, Private Healthcare or within a Healthcare Recruitment Company)? Have you worked in a Recruitment Assistant previously? Are you happy to work for 8-10 weeks, potentially longer? Can you commute to Reading Mon-Fridays and work 37.5 hours per week? If so, I would love to speak with you as our Private Healthcare client are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team. Our client will recruit for this role on a fixed term contractual basis. You may also be considered for this post, however, this would be dependent upon your overal performance. Recruitment Assistant Sector: Private Medical Location: Reading Job Type: Temporary Duration of temporary role: This is temporary for 8 to 10 weeks and maybe longer while our client recruits on a fixed term contract basis. You could be considered for this role depending on performance. Working days and hours: 9am to 5.00pm/5.30pm (37.5 hours per week) Pay Rate: £11.00 to £13.00 umbrella per hour depending on skill and experience Parking: Free onsite Our client has an exciting role for a Recruitment Assistant to join their internal Resourcing team for a Private Hospital Group. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who can oversee the recruitment life cycle for our client with minimal supervision to include sourcing suitable candidates via advertising campaigns and social media, job fairs and initiatives. Responsibilities will include: Recruiting and resourcing clinical and non-clinical candidates for the organisation across the UK KPI reporting in relation recruitment activities and quality of hires. Identify, screen and shortlist candidates according to the recruitment requirements for the role. Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures. Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships. Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently. Provide full administrative support to the recruitment function. Maintain and update databases, spread sheets and charts using computerised systems, recording accurate information. To carry out appropriate checks to ensure data quality and compliance with CQC standards are completed regularly.
