Developed customer service skills. ABOUT THE JOB Responsibilities include…. Monitoring and management of all Payment Processing managed services, working to provide 24/7 cover. Provide point of contact for customers Operations teams/internal service desk. Communicating service incidents and resolution progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
