Overview

Job Title: Recruitment Managing Consultant Legal Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits International, Accredited Legal Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record within the Legal Industry, are now seeking a strong achieving Managing Consultant/Team Leader for our Manchester office. You must hold relevant recruitment experience within a white-collar background (Legal Sector preferred). You will report directly to the Head of Operations, with your main focus being on developing the existing team, growing the market within your respected geographic location, monitoring the performance of consultants; lending support to the staff and managing any issues and problems within the branch. You will be targeted on ongoing growth through business development, progression of consultants and nurturing / growth of key existing accounts. Key Requirements and Responsibilities: • Proven recruitment experience within white collar (legal or finance sectors preferred) • Previous experience within the role of Managing Consultant highly desirable • Strong knowledge of web and marketing analytics as well as tools in the area • Client facing ability - growing out and managing clients' accounts • Career minded, hardworking and driven • Confident with the ability to build rapport and strategic thinking • Ability to nurture relationships • Ability to lead, coach and develop Consultants within your team Why should you join Klein Hamilton Legal & Finance Recruitment?
