Overview
You're a Software Developer and you get bombarded with adverts, spec and "exciting opportunities" with "industry-leading" companies. You get bored of reading them after the first sentence because they're usually full of BS or they're copied-and-pasted versions of the original ad. It's like pulling teeth but you're not the dentist. You want to read something different and actually be enthused about applying for something. I have something different; it's actually an interesting job, not with an "industry leader" but with a humble company that employ nice people and have been going for over 10 years. You will learn a lot of new technology here and be shipping out production code within weeks. All they would like from their next hire is someone that can produce clean and robust code and who knows his/her way around C#, .NET and SQL Server - ideally some experience within in an agile team would be great. Exposure to Web Services, API Development and broader ERP systems would make one boastful application. You will be working on a variety of projects and, working closely with senior management, you will be driving the company forward by developing high-calibre enterprise-level software solutions. With the headcount to take on 3 in the next 12 months due to a huge pipeline of projects, you will have the opportunity to progress to senior level as well as remaining hands on with the latest Windows technologies. In addition to a decent base salary, you'll start with 24 days’ leave (rising with service), have flexible working hours and work on projects with people not screaming at you all of the time.
