Production Operative

Production Operatives Are you looking for a new opportunity to establish, or expand, your production experience? We are looking for diligent individuals to join a friendly team in an ongoing temporary role for one of the UK's leading digital print companies, based in Newton Abbot. As a Production Operative your responsibilities may include: - Operating industry leading machinery to create high quality personalised products - Packing digital products and using a computer to generate address labels - Conducting quality checks for each individual product - Sorting post ready for delivery Essential skills required: - Delivery of work to a high standard and to set timescales, as well as under pressure at times - Have excellent time keeping skills - Ability to be flexible with hours as volumes can fluctuate - Ability to work well within a team Benefits include: - Enhanced overtime pay over 40 hours - Enhanced rates 20% shift premiums for night shift work - Full training provided - Onsite canteen - Free car park - Easy access via local public transport links Sunday to Thursday, various shifts available: - 6am-2:30pm - 2pm-10pm - 10pm-6am Additional hours may be required during busier periods. Pay begins at the living wage and increases after 12 weeks. No experience required and training will be delivered in the first few weeks of work.
