My client is a large forward-thinking property company who are rapidly expanding and have continued success by working with their customers and putting their needs first, offering a first-class service. They are ambitious, enthusiastic and highly professional. They are now looking to expand the team in Worthing with a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. The role: To build rapport with colleagues and clients Adhering to professional standards at all time Using the information provided to offer the best mortgage advice to your clients Working closely and supporting the rest of your team to effectively manage clients' needs Giving advice in line with legislation and company policy Managing your diary effectively Requirements: CeMAP Highly motivated, efficient and proactive Strong track record of providing comprehensive mortgage advice Full EU/UK driving licence Flexibility with working hours In return my client is offering a competitive basic salary of between £25,000 - £28,500 . A Company Car and a fantastic commission structure will be on offer. OTE of £50,000 - £70,000.
