Our client is a reputable regional firm with a successful employment team handling a range of contentious and non-contentious work for clients including individuals, LLPs, SMEs and OMBs. The firm is keen to appoint a talented employment lawyer with ca 2 years pqe to join their growing Northampton practice. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistle-blowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team led by a very likeable partner. Applications are welcomed from NQ solicitors or those with some post qualified experience but looking for a better opportunity. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies on varied and challenging employment law issues.
