Overview
Our client, a leading firm with an excellent UK profile and international footprint seeks to appoint a commercial litigation associate to join their successful team based in Cambridge. The team handles a mix of commercial litigation work on behalf of regional, national and international clients. The partners are now keen to appoint a talented commercial disputes associate with 3 years pqe to join the team to keep pace with increasing client demand. You'll be part of a dynamic partner led team which handles broad ranging matters arising from all manner of commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes, corporate disputes, fraud and warranty disputes and indemnity issues as well as IT and IP litigation matters. You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients including domestic SMEs and owner managed businesses as well as technology businesses and larger companies with large scale international interests.
